Who we are:
We provide free, high-quality medical and vision care to uninsured adults in central Ohio.
The Vineyard Free Health Clinics primarily serves patients who are 18 years of age or older and are uninsured or have Medicaid and are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The clinic provides high-quality episodic care for those with acute needs while also helping those with chronic needs get connected to long-term care.
Walk-in medical clinics-

Every Tuesday- registration starts at
5:30pm
•
First Saturday of the month- registration starts at
8:30am.
• We will see people on a
first-come first-serve basis.
• Can provide basic work physicals and basic labs like urinalysis, glucose, and pregnancy. We can help provide referrals for more complex care.
Women’s health screening
Pap smears and Mammograms available
by appointment
Vision clinics
Occur on some Tuesday evenings by appointment only; free eyeglasses vouchers will be given to eligible individuals.
We do NOT offer dental services, blood work, STD testing, vaccines, or x-rays

--We are a free health clinic and do not charge for any of our services.
