Come join us as we dance our way to deeper understanding, connection, and spiritual fulfillment. Our classes are designed to be more than just a series of dance routines. They are an exploration of movement and expression. Throughout the sessions, we'll dive into various dance styles including Ballroom dancing, East Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, and Line Dancing. Each style offers its own unique charm and rhythm, promising a diverse and exciting learning experience.

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned dancer, our classes cater to all skill levels. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment where you can enhance your technique and coordination.  Led by experienced instructors, you'll receive personalized guidance and feedback to help you reach your full potential. Expect laughter, camaraderie, and a profound sense of fulfillment as you immerse yourself in the joy of dance.

***This class is FREE and will take place at 6:45-8:45pm on the following Thursdays:
October: 10th & 24th
November: 14th & 21st
December: 12th
