The instructor has put together an eclectic set of training routines and techniques to help prepare students to better defend themselves and build confidence.  The student’s journey will start by building his/her body through specific martial arts exercises.  The student will learn breathing techniques, break falls, throws, hand and foot striking along with martial arts body conditioning exercises.  This is not an aerobics class.  You will be pushed beyond the aerobic level.  This class is called Jibdan Musul of Columbus 집단 무술 콜럼버스 and is comprised of the many arts I have studied through my life.  Please join me for training. Ages 7 and up!

The first 30-40 minutes of class will be for everyone; the final 20-30 minutes will be focused on adult students.

This class operates on a monthly basis.

Join the Men's Summer Basketball League!

Are you ready for some competitive basketball action this summer? Look no further than the VCC Men's Summer Basketball League! Get your game face on and show off your skills on the court every Wednesday, starting from June 7th through August 9th.
