Immigration Counseling Services & Clinic


Vineyard Immigration Counseling Services (ICS) is focused on serving our communities’ immigrant families with vulnerable children. We consult in humanitarian-based relief. We cannot offer legal advice in any other field. If you receive a consultation, we may provide you with a referral to private attorneys, legal aid, or a non-profit legal services organization for further assistance.

All interactions with ICS staff are by appointment only.

We offer assistance in the following case types with a prioritization of youth (under 18) and their immediate families:
• Asylum
• DACA
• Unaccompanied minor
• Victim of a crime in the US
• Victim of trafficking
• Victim of domestic violence

If you believe that you fall into one of these categories, please click here to fill out an intake form. We will not be able to schedule consultations with all those who fill out intake forms. Once we receive your form, you will receive an email or phone call with further instructions .

Consultation: To schedule a first appointment, there is a $50 fee. This holds your spot but does not guarantee that we can take your case. This fee is due the day of your consultation.
Case Acceptance: If ICS can take your case, you will sign a Representation Agreement. At that time, these fees apply:
- $500 – Base case fee (required for all cases)
- $250 – Work permit application (in addition to base fee if needed)
- $1000 – Court representation (in addition to base fee if your case must go to court)

Payment:

• All fees are due on the day the Representation Agreement is signed.
• Payments are made at the front desk or with the ICS Paralegal.
• You will receive a receipt for your payment.
• We prefer payment through a credit or debit card.

Note: All fees are nonrefundable, including consultation fees. If you schedule an intake appointment but cannot make it, we will reschedule your appointment one time only.
