Jibdan Musul - June

In this class, students will engage in an eclectic set of training routines and techniques that will help prepare them to better defend themselves and build confidence. The journey will start by building body through specific martial arts exercises. Students will learn breathing techniques, break falls, throws, hand and foot striking along with martial arts body conditioning exercises. This is not an aerobics class. You will be pushed beyond the aerobic level. This class is called Jibdan Musul of Columbus 집단 무술 콜럼버스 and is comprised of the many arts in which the instructor has trained.
