The weight loss journey can sometimes be a long, lonely and frustrating process, but it doesn't have to be. Perhaps you have previously focused on willpower alone and found minimal or unstainable results. You may not realize that you have areas of strength that can help shore up your weaknesses. The goal of Wholly Yours is to provide a context where you can experience companionship as you learn to bring your whole being into the process: physical, intellectual, emotional, relational and spiritual. You will learn how to improve your chances of sticking with the process as you grow into greater wholeness one small step at a time - right foot, left foot.
