Holding the Pieces: A Kintsugi-Inspired Grief Workshop

Holding the Pieces: A Kintsugi-Inspired Grief Workshop

This Kintsugi-Inspired Grief Workshop will be led by one of the counselors from our counseling center.

What is Kintsugi?
Kintsugi means "Golden Journey". Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. Instead of hiding the cracks, kintsugi highlights them, making the repaired object more beautiful and resilient than the original. This philosophy embraces imperfection and sees breakage and repair as part of an object's history.

The cost for this workshop is $30 per person.

To register, please email: taylor.mathews@vineyardcounseling.org with your name, phone number, and how many people you would like to attend with (total count, including you).
