Girls L.E.A.P.

Girls L.E.A.P (Leadership, Empowerment, Achievement, Purpose) is a program that builds confidence and empowers girls from fifth grade through high school to become visionary leaders, find hope, value sisterhood and build lasting relationships through mentoring. We support families in our community by offering valuable resources and enhancing communication and involvement.

Each month, Girls L.E.A.P. hosts Sister Circle sessions at Vineyard Community Center for girls of all ages to learn and grow together. Focused on leadership and social-emotional learning, these sessions include guest speakers, panels, and hands-on activities. High schoolers participate as both learners and peer mentors, with additional programming on applying to college and preparing to enter the workforce. Each month Girls L.E.A.P. also holds STEAM Programming sessions at Vineyard Community Center.
