Vineyard Free Health Clinics serve those ages 18 and up who are uninsured OR have Medicaid or are Medicaid eligible with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. 
(No private insurance, Medicare, or other government assisted programs.)

Medical Clinic
Walk-in medical clinic for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses. 
Basic work physicals available by calling 614-259-5428 prior to coming to the clinic.
This clinic does not provide lab tests, injections, or x-rays.

1st Saturday of the month with registration starting at 9am
2nd, 3rd, 4th Tuesday of the monthwith registrating starting at 5:30pm

Diabetes Education Classes
The Vineyard Free Health Clinics is now offering Diabetes Education and Prevention classes. This is a two hour class where you can learn more about diabetes and ask questions to some of our experts. To be notified about upcoming classes, please click here to be added to the email list.



Vision Clinic
By appointment only.
We offer eye exams and vouchers for free eyeglasses to qualified individuals.

Lower Lights Christian Health Center

Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) is a faith-based, nonprofit community health center that exists to minister the love of Christ as a full service medical home, focused on quality whole person wellness. A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), LLCHC’s vision is to transform the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual and family at a time. All services – medical, vision, dental, counseling, and nutrition care. Because we believe that we are made up of three parts – body, mind, and soul – we also offer spiritual care for those who desire it. All of our services benefit everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. LLCHC accepts Medicaid and Medicare, as well as most private insurance plans. For those without insurance, payment is measured on a sliding fee scale based on income, with most patients paying $20.
