DESCRIPTION:Vineyard Community Center\n\nThe instructor has put
  together an eclectic set of training routines and techniques to
  help prepare students to better defend themselves and build confidence. 
  The student’s journey will start by building his/her body through
  specific martial arts exercises.  The student will learn breathing
  techniques\, break falls\, throws\, hand and foot striking along
  with martial arts body conditioning exercises.  This is not an
  aerobics class.  You will be pushed beyond the aerobic level. 
  This class is called Jibdan Musul of Columbus 집단 무술 콜럼버스 and is
  comprised of the many arts I have studied through my life.  Please
  join me for training. Ages 7 and up!\nThe first 30-40 minutes
  of class will be for everyone\; the final 20-30 minutes will be
  focused on adult students.\n\n***You must register for each term
  that you would like to participate. This term is for Tuesdays &
  Thursdays\, May 1st through July 31st 2025 ***\nClass is located
  at Vineyard Community Center\, upstairs in room 209. The address
  is 6000 Cooper Road\, Westerville OH 43081\nALL minors under the
  age of 18 must have a parent or guardian on site. A parent or guardian
  may also register and participate\, or they may sit in the downstairs
  or upstairs lobby areas.
