  gymnastics training. A class designed to teach flexibility\, strength\,
  coordination and body awareness. Using gymnastic skills while building
  positive self-esteem in a relaxed\, fun\, yet challenging atmosphere.
  Activities include bars\, beam\, vault and floor exercises. Comfortable
  clothing (leotard preferred)\, hair pulled back\, bare feet.
